Raiffeisenbank Werratal-Landeck will offer a digital loan service for retail customers with the support of Collenda. Collenda will ensure the digital application via the bank’s own credit portal and comparison websites. The new offers will be available online from June 30, 2021.
Raiffeisenbank Werratal-Landeck has chosen Collenda’s innovative software solutions for the development of its new digital credit offering. The institute thus meets modern customer requirements in terms of convenience and speed. With the introduction of Collenda’s Open Credit – Loan Portal and Open Credit – Loan Origination products, the institute is able to set up online applications for loans and send the customer the loan decision within a few seconds. In addition to the application via Raiffeisenbank Werratal-Landeck’s in-house loan portal, it will also be possible to submit and process applications via comparison websites.
The end-to-end digitization of the application process will ensure an optimal user experience. Customers will be able to submit loan applications conveniently at any time and from any location. Collenda’s new applications will enable the bank to manage the loan application process more efficiently and easily handle increasing demand.
