Credit and receivables management: data in Excel or financial software

This saves frequent jumping back and forth between different programmes and ensures a continuous flow of information. For an automated dunning procedure, for example, Collenda’s Open Credit Software Suite provides a connection to the electronic court and administration mailbox (EGVP) as well as an individually configurable import interface for undischarged or titled claims. It is also possible to generate and export SCHUFA reports. Interfaces can also be created to external address and credit agencies such as SCHUFA, Deutsche Post, Infoscore or Riser ID. Of course, it is also possible to set up an interface for handing over cases to external debt collection agencies.

Flexibility and scalability

Professional programmes are also clearly ahead of rigid Excel when it comes to flexible administration. User authorisations can often be defined down to individual field level, and changes and events are logged. E-mail boxes can usually be integrated into the system, so there is no need to change programmes here either.
