CONSULTANT BANKING (m/f/d)

Your primary responsibilities will be to:
Advising and supporting customers in the introduction of our software solutions, including the inclusion of further development requests through technical advice and conception:

  • You develop needs-based approaches and solutions in dialogue with our customers.
  • You will be responsible for the conception, implementation and validation of technical workflows in the banking environment, from lending to workout.
  • You will be responsible for preparing and conducting seminars and workshops on our products.
  • Your tasks also include advising customers on the digitalisation and automation of processes using the latest technologies, from the cloud to AI.
  • You support the project management or take over the sub-project management within the scope of implementation / upgrade projects.
  • You promote the development of topics to complement the service portfolio and provide support as part of the acquisition process.

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in banking or credit management or IT with a focus on settlement processes.
  • A degree in business informatics, computer science or business administration or a comparable qualification is desirable.
  • You enjoy and have experience in direct service-oriented dealings with users.
  • Ideally, you have specialist knowledge in the area of organisation, management or standard applications in the banking environment (OSPlus, Kordoba, SAP, others).
  • Knowledge of banks’ annual financial statements and reporting is an advantage.
  • You have very good communication skills and a professional appearance.
  • You have very good methodical and analytical skills and are a team player.
  • Business trips are no problem for you.
