Consultant Corporate (m/f/d)

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

• You develop needs-based approaches and solutions in dialogue with our customers and also provide technical support for the software development process
• You are responsible for the preparation and implementation of face-to-face and online seminars on our products
• Your primary tasks include the implementation of customer projects in the area of digitalisation and automation of processes. This also includes the analysis, conception and coordination of change requests with key users as well as the management of the implementation.
• You will take on IT sub-project management within the scope of implementation / upgrade projects and provide support within the scope of the acquisition process
• You promote the development of new topics to complement our service portfolio

Qualifications:

• A successfully completed degree or comparable training with a focus on business administration, IT, paralegal, office management with additional qualification in debt collection or specialised courses in receivables management and credit management.
• You enjoy and have experience in direct service-oriented dealings with customers and users
• You have excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and a professional standing
• Ideally, you have experience in the field of accounts receivable or receivables management
• Knowledge of dunning procedures (pre-court, court and post-court) is an advantage
• A technical affinity for interfaces between inventory management systems would be desirable (SAP Utilities or other ERP and billing systems)
• You have very good methodical and analytical skills and are a team player
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
• Business trips are no problem for you
