Hartmut Wagner

CEO

Hartmut joined Collenda in November 2019. Besides more than 25 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Professional Services, Hartmut has a vast knowledge of the international software industry.
Prior to joining Collenda, he worked for Micro Focus and HPE Software where he led teams of more than 1,000 employees.
As General Manager and Vice President EMEA Hartmut successfully managed the software solutions and services business with a revenue of € 100 million. Previously, Hartmut held management positions at the Dutch Exact Group and at Iron Mountain, Boston, where he was responsible for the global Sales and Marketing strategy.
Hartmut gained a diploma in business administration at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim. He focused during his studies on IT and Leadership.

Fabian Becker

CFO

With more than 20 years of financial experience, Fabian brings to Collenda IT and auditing expertise as an experienced leader.

Fabian's career began after completing his business studies in Kiel with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young and then led to his role as Finance Director Central Europe at Easynet Global Services in the CFO of the Nexinto Group based in London and Hamburg.

Erik Koch

MD Netherlands

Erik has 15 years experience in general and sales management in technology and services. As MD of Collenda Netherlands and Head of Sales, Erik has deep understanding of the operational and regulatory needs of the collections and bailiff communities. He is always looking for business models that are profitable for customers as well as Collenda. 

Erik has been an active evangelist for Cwize, our collections performance manager, working closely with our user group to reflect their design goals in the product.  He brings a strong focus on long term business relations and customer satisfaction to every opportunity. Erik is a graduate of Utrecht University

Christoph Tahedl

CTO

As CTO, Christoph is responsible for technology, research and product development at Collenda. He works closely with Sales, Operations and Professional Services to identify market needs and drive product innovations to support our strategy for growth.

Christoph has more than 20 years of experience in application development and product management in the financial sector. He began his career in scientific work in the social sector later moving into software for workflow automation. Christoph joined Collenda in 2002 and is now leading our investment in advanced machine learning applications.

Christoph studied and gained a Diploma in Computer Science at Paderborn.

David Korbel

Vice President Professional Services

With 15 years of professional experience in the financial services sector, David has extensive industry knowledge. He is responsible for the Professional Services division and thus for the overall delivery of the software solution to the customer. In this role, he works closely with the Sales, Marketing and R&D departments.

Prior to joining Collenda, David was Head of Project Management at BNP Paribas Group. Previously, as Strategic Project Manager, he managed complex projects and programs with a high IT focus.

David studied business administration at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and graduated with a diploma.

Wybe Braaksma

Vice President Group Operations

Wybe joined the Collenda group in 2008 to head up research, development and service operations in our Dutch business.  He now oversees group operations with responsibility for customer service and our cloud operations.

A firm believer in well-defined and efficient organisational structures, Wybe joined Collenda from DHL in the Netherlands where he was Director of Strategy and Change, and was previously Director of Information Services. He previously served in senior technical management roles in the shipment and fulfilment sector.

Wybe has an MBA degree from the Business School Nederland.

Daniel Andres

Head of Sales DACH

Daniel joined the Collenda team as Head of Sales DACH in May 2020. Daniel has more than 25 years of leadership experience that he acquired at different software companies operating in the financial sector. Due to his profound knowledge of the financial and software development sector, he has already accompanied and advised numerous companies in their digital transformation process focusing on strategy, support and the appropriate technology.

After his apprenticeship as a banker in Switzerland, he picked up further trainings as a software programmer and postgraduate studies at Oekreal in Zurich to become a graduate business economist. Thanks to his negotiation skills, he decided to focus on a career in Sales and held various roles from Presales, Sales Executive to the leadership of global Sales teams and software companies in the last 30 years. His extensive knowledge of software solutions for the financial market is based on over three decades of professional experience in the IT industry, gained at, amongst others, SunGard, SimCorp, IHS Markit, Finastra and Innovative Systems.

Linn Meinhardt

Group HR Director

Linn joined Collenda in November 2018. As Group HR Director, she is responsible for all national and international HR topics.

In cooperation with the Board of Directors and Leadership Team, Linn develops strategies for growing Collenda’s business by building an attractive working environment for all employees and enabling a sustainable human resources management.

Previously, she worked for different DAX-listed companies – e.g. at IBM she held the role as HR Transition Manager and developed solutions for outsourcing and acquisition projects.

Linn studied business administration at the international University of Cooperative Education in Bochum and gained her master’s degree in HR Management at FOM University. Thanks to the dual work-study programs offered by both universities, she already gained a lot of practical experience during her studies.

Collenda-F├╝hrungsteam: Kim Lembeck

Kim Lembeck

Group Marketing Director

Kim joined Collenda in October 2019 and is responsible for Collenda’s Marketing strategy and its implementation on group level.

She has more than 10 years of experience in Marketing, working for advertising agencies as well as corporates. Prior to joining Collenda, Kim held the position as Deputy Marketing Director at the Fintech company auxmoney. At auxmoney she successfully helped building and developing the Online and Content Marketing team. Previously, Kim worked for arvato (Bertelsmann Group) and the Portuguese software company Quidgest, Lisbon.
As she is passionate about website optimisation, she enjoyed holding speeches at events like SEO-Day in Cologne or CAMPIXX in Berlin.

Kim studied at Business School Pforzheim and gained a diploma in business administration and Marketing communications.
