IT CONSULTANT KEY ACCOUNT (m/f/d)

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Support our main contact partner in assisting a data centre in the banking environment, which uses our software solution in a nationwide market segment
  • Daily technical support of operational enquiries from the specialist department to the customer side
  • Project planning and management for further development projects incl. alignment and release planning for standard releases and error corrections
  • Cooperation with the customer in coordination committees for planning future releases
  • Close cooperation and analysis with our support team
  • Coordination and planning internally with our product owners or the development department
  • Close cooperation and analysis with our consulting team

Qualifications:

  • You have an affinity for IT-specific tasks and data models
  • You have experience in creating concepts and documentation
  • You have specialist knowledge of the financial environment, in particular of workout processes
  • You have experience in collecting and analysing large amounts of data
  • You have knowledge in the use of relational databases
  • You have very good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
  • You have an analytical and structured way of thinking and working
  • You have a high level of commitment
  • You are a natural team player
