The use of AI includes more than just process optimisation

In order to remain competitive, more and more banks are already using digital application channels, so the needed information is available in digital format. AI does not only help the banks to speed up the verification process within the process optimization, so that the applicants receive their money faster, AI also supports banks to improve their revenue ratio through self-service portals.
