INSIDE SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (M/F/D)
For the Sales department in the corporate area we are looking for you at the next possible date as
Inside Sales Development Representative (m/f/d)
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
- You will meet your targets for generating new leads with the product portfolio defined for you
- You will approach potential customers via phone, email, social media, etc. to introduce Collenda, generate interest in our products and set up appointments for presentations
- You have a good understanding of the needs and requirements of customers in our target markets
- You qualify the potential of prospect during the conversation and identify the needs
- You create sales pipeline by means of sales and marketing campaigns
- You work with SalesForce and Pardot to manage your lead pipeline efficiently
- You will support Sales Reps and Account Managers in all sales activities such as demos, presentations, contract management, clarifications, preparation and follow-up of appointments up to contract closing
- You will work closely with our marketing team to create the right lead generation programs in your territory
Qualifications:
- You have first (inside) sales experience in SME or Mid-Market
- You have a very good understanding of the software cloud and subscription model
- You have the profile of a Sales Hunter
- You have knowledge in the broader area of business software (ERP/ERM)
- You have the ability to build relationships at decision making level
- You have excellent communication skills in German and good in English
- Presenting, negotiating and consistently managing the lead generation process are your strengths
- You bring passion and motivation for sales
