For the depatment Customer Success we are looking for you at the next possible date as

TEAMLEADER CUSTOMER SUPPORT DACH (m/f/d)

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of our 1st and 2nd level team with 10 team members
  • The operational support of the support team is one of your main tasks
  • You are responsible for the continuous development of the support team and the workflows
  • You are responsible for meeting customer-specific service level agreements, including resolution times and availabilities
  • You will act as a liaison between your team and the management and will also be the main contact person for 1st & 2nd level support within Collenda.
  • You actively promote cooperation with other departments (e.g. 3rd level support), identify interfaces and create space for constructive exchange as well as implementation of results
  • You identify structural problems as well as a sustainable optimization to reduce the ticket volume
  • You create regular service reports
  • You continuously work on the optimization of the support tool (Jira Service Desk)

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a degree or comparable training with a focus on business administration or IT
  • You are used to communicating in German and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of Jira or similar would be desirable
  • You have a communicative and empathic nature and enjoy leading a team as well as having a feeling for motivating it sustainably even in peak phases
  • Organizational talent and a structured approach ensure that you maintain an overview even under pressure
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have a high willingness to further develop technical, methodical and personal skills
