TEAMLEADER CUSTOMER SUPPORT DACH (m/f/d)
For the depatment Customer Success we are looking for you at the next possible date as
TEAMLEADER CUSTOMER SUPPORT DACH (m/f/d)
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
- You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of our 1st and 2nd level team with 10 team members
- The operational support of the support team is one of your main tasks
- You are responsible for the continuous development of the support team and the workflows
- You are responsible for meeting customer-specific service level agreements, including resolution times and availabilities
- You will act as a liaison between your team and the management and will also be the main contact person for 1st & 2nd level support within Collenda.
- You actively promote cooperation with other departments (e.g. 3rd level support), identify interfaces and create space for constructive exchange as well as implementation of results
- You identify structural problems as well as a sustainable optimization to reduce the ticket volume
- You create regular service reports
- You continuously work on the optimization of the support tool (Jira Service Desk)
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed a degree or comparable training with a focus on business administration or IT
- You are used to communicating in German and English, both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of Jira or similar would be desirable
- You have a communicative and empathic nature and enjoy leading a team as well as having a feeling for motivating it sustainably even in peak phases
- Organizational talent and a structured approach ensure that you maintain an overview even under pressure
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have a high willingness to further develop technical, methodical and personal skills
